Rotary Dryer

Rotary dryers use heated gas to dry materials by exposing them to the gas. The material to be dried is put inside a rotary drum, also known as a spinning drum, and moisture is removed by passing heated air through the drum. These are used to dry a variety of commodities, including cereals, ores, fertilisers, and chemicals, in the chemical, mining, and agricultural industries, among others. Additionally, rotary dryers are employed in the manufacture of animal feed and the clean-up of industrial waste. The fundamental structure of these machines is a spinning drum set at a modest inclination.
